Traineeship Programmes

Earn, learn, and build your career in care through a South Australian traineeship.

Understanding Traineeships

A traineeship is a formal training arrangement that allows you to work in your chosen field while gaining a qualification. Unlike traditional study, you’ll be employed, earning a wage, and building real skills on the job.

In South Australia, traineeships are governed by a training contract registered with the Department of Innovation and Skills. This contract involves you (the trainee), your employer, and your chosen training provider (RTO).

At Outlook International College, we specialize in care sector traineeships, helping you build a rewarding career supporting individuals in aged care, disability services, and community support.
